Claire Clonan is a seasoned human resources and operations leader with a proven record of leading enterprise-wide people strategies, global HR operations, and business transformation initiatives. Most recently she served as Vice President at WEX, Inc., supporting a 7,000+ employee organization through talent development, organizational design, and operational excellence. Known for delivering measurable impact through cross-functional leadership, scalable HR infrastructure, and culture-driven performance. Claire holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication.
