Most recently she served as Vice President at WEX, Inc., supporting a 7,000+ employee organization through talent development, organizational design, and operational excellence. Known for delivering measurable impact through cross-functional leadership, scalable HR infrastructure, and culture-driven performance. Claire holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication.
