Mary Axelsen
Founder & CEO
Mary Axelsen is a leadership strategist, organizational transformation expert, and coach who has worked with clients worldwide.
A former Fortune 250 executive, she has deep experience in organizational design, leadership development, gender equity, and disruption management.
Mary has also led transformation initiatives for business process outsourcing (BPO), served as a People Lead for a global IT transformation impacting 2,000 employees and contractors, and led the design and implementation of a people infrastructure for a merger that increased the organization from 300 to 1,200 employees across 40 locations.
Mary is also a certified Leadership Coach, Essential Facilitator, Changes Style Indicator practitioner, Hogan and 360s certified, and has a master’s degree in organizational leadership.
In addition to her work with organizations, she is deeply committed to elevating female founders, serving as an angel investor in women-owned startups through How Women Invest. Mary is also passionate about serving her community as a Board Member for ProsperityME and a Leader Level Member of Women United through the United Way of Southern Maine.
Claire Clonan
Strategic Advisor
Claire Clonan is a seasoned human resources and operations leader with a proven record of leading enterprise-wide people strategies, global HR operations, and business transformation initiatives.
Most recently she served as Vice President at WEX, Inc., supporting a 7,000+ employee organization through talent development, organizational design, and operational excellence. Known for delivering measurable impact through cross-functional leadership, scalable HR infrastructure, and culture-driven performance.
Claire holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication.
Amy Wood

Amy Wood, Psy.D., is a Maine-based psychologist who--through psychotherapy, executive coaching, and training—helps ambitious professionals achieve more and stress less. She is author of Life Your Way: Refresh Your Approach to Success and Breathe Easier in a Fast-paced World, an award-winning personal improvement book that surpasses quick-fix self-help rhetoric with a sustainable program for adapting to our perpetually hectic age.
She has been accepted into the prestigious National Speakers Association and is often called on for her expert opinion by media ranging from Maine Public Radio to Parade Magazine. Dr. Wood earned her doctorate at Adler University and is certified by the College of Executive Coaching.
Jillian Constable
Business Development Coordinator
Jillian Constable is the Business Development and Administrative Coordinator at WeMaax Consulting, where she supports strategic initiatives to elevate high-performing teams and female founders.
​Raised in Tokyo, she graduated from The American School in Japan and later attended Boston University, experiences that shaped her global perspective.
With over 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, and supervision at Costco Wholesale, she now serves as an independent contractor, specializing in social media, business development, and administrative coordination.

Jillian lives in the Atlanta, GA area with her husband and two young boys. When she’s not busy as a mom, she loves spending time with her family and dog and is often found designing new spaces in her home.
