The WeMaax Story
From a young age, Mary Axelsen has been breaking through barriers and always looking for possibilities beyond “no.”
For example, at four she was riding a bike twice her size and at seven the only girl swimming at the local Boys' Club. That same childhood spirited refusal to blindly accept limitations now fuels the values and determination she brings to her work and to every client partnership.
Through WeMaax Consulting, she channels that same bias for action and challenges outdated thinking, striving to co-create future-ready organizations where purpose, people, and performance align, and where leaders are equipped to push past limits and realize their full potential.
